This place has amazing food, I almost didn't stop when it was in a gas station, but I am so glad I did. Service was spot on, food was packed with flavor and fresh made to order.

I have eaten a lot of burritos in my lifetime and have had Fusion Tacos before. But my man Joaquin at the Espanola location introduced me to a game changer! He kindly took my order, and then changed my life. The breakfast burrito he made me was so amazing there wasn't time for a photo! I will definitely be returning. Thanks Joaquin!

This located in the casino. Service was good but a bit slow. The carne adovado fries were good, the nachos less so so that i would not recommend them.

Everything is clean and was perfect except they forgot the guac and sour cream and put white rice instead of Spanish rice even though they asked if I wanted Spanish rice. However, I have never had a grilled chicken burrito that wasn't super, as a refugee from Kommiefornia, but was still really good. It's my bad for ordering at the last minute over the phone and not checking when I picked it up. The lost stars were more than made up with the flavor and the cantaloupe agua fresca was everything a bachelor could ask for! Because it doesn't come with chips and salsa I ordered chips and they made fresh pico for me because they didn't have salsa. Well worth the 20+tip. Amazing quality and good value. Thanks
